About the Event
Designed for instructors who are teaching contortion classes, advanced flexibility,
or who have students who want to incorporate contortion elements into their training.
We will discuss the strength training needed, handstand progressions, leg & hips flexibility, shoulder & upper back flexibility, general training plans, back flexibility technique, foundational back exercises to prepare for contortion and progressions for a few contortion elements.
We highly recommend being certified with Alixa Flexibility in at least Module 1 before attending.
